How do I book an appointment?
Online via «Booking» or by WhatsApp. Elena confirms each appointment manually.
Can I reschedule an appointment?
Yes — via the link in your booking confirmation or by WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance.
Do I need a deposit?
A 30 € deposit is required for PMU treatments. Other services usually do not require one.
How long do lash extensions last?
3–4 weeks depending on aftercare. A refill is recommended every 2–3 weeks.
